The company is committed to resist all forms of corruption. Therefore, the anti-corruption policy has been created and written announcement to instill awareness in directors, executives and employees at all levels who must be aware of the dangers of corruption, also create the right values and increase confidence among all stakeholders including guidelines for conducting business. This anti-corruption policy covers the human resource management processes from recruitment, promotion, training, and employee performance evaluation, payout and working performance which the company will protect without demoting, punishment, or give negative consequences to employees who deny corruption, including reporting clues and giving facts and reporting corruption even though that action will be caused to lose business opportunities. It requires supervisors at all levels to communicate with the employees under their responsibility to perform work efficiently. They must not demand action or accept corruption in directly or indirectly for the benefit of the organization, themselves, family, friends and acquaintances or for business benefits. It covers businesses in every country and all departments related to the company. Any action according to the anti-corruption policy, use the guidelines as specified in the anti-corruption manual, including business ethics as well as any other guidelines that the company will establish in the future. The company must regularly review compliance with this anti-corruption policy, guidelines and operational requirements to comply with business changes, rules, regulations, and legal requirements. In case, violation of any act which is an act of support and assistance or cooperate with corruption, Penalties will be considered according to the company's regulations. The company has compiled the anti-corruption policy announced in the anti-corruption manual to create understanding in the same direction as the main objective of anti-corruption of the company and for clarity in operations in matters with a high risk of corruption. Directors, executives, and employees of the company at all levels must act with caution, transparency and according to the law. Therefore, the policy was established in the following matters:
2.1 Political operations
    The company has established a political policy as a code of ethics for conducting business by respecting democratic governance, think highly of political neutrality, not participate and support any one political party or any person with political authority and encourage employees at all levels to exercise their political rights in accordance with the law as good citizens. The company has a policy of not providing financial support, property, rights, or any other benefits as political assistance whether directly or indirectly to any politician or political party for the benefit of the company. Unless it can support the democratic process that can be done as specified by law.
2.2 Receiving and giving gifts, entertainment fees, various service fees or any other benefits
    The company has established the policy of receiving, giving gifts, entertainment fees, and various service fees or any other benefits must be in accordance with the appropriateness of traditions and customs and maintain good business relationships together. These act must be transparent, can be verified, including does not damage the image of the company. Moreover these should not be an act to induce dishonesty in performing duties or neglect to perform duties which may lead to corruption problems.
2.3 Charitable donations
    This is because such activities involve spending money without any tangible rewards and may be used as an excuse or route for corruption. So that donations for charity have no hidden purpose, the company has established the policy that donations must be able to prove which has helped and supported the community and society. Actions are taken to support the success of the project objectives and create real benefits to society without involved in reciprocal benefits to any person or agency, except for the announcement of honor according to general practice for example, wearing a logo, etc. These act is not a path for corruption by setting strict approval procedures with complete evidence of donation. The company can review and follow up on various documents and evidence.
2.4 Providing money support
    This is one way of promoting business which is different from charitable donations in that they may be made for business purposes, company brand or reputation which is at risk. This is because it is payment for services or benefits which is difficult to measure and track. Funding may also be linked to bribery. The company has established the policy which funding must be proven to support the success of project activities, to advertise and promote the company's business or according to the objectives of operating with true social responsibility, transparency, and lawfulness. It is not used as an excuse for bribery without involved in reciprocal benefits to any person or agency except for the announcement of honor according to general practice, such as wearing a badge, etc., by specifying strict approval procedures. There must be complete evidence of donation including able to review and follow up on various documents and evidence.
2.5 Business relationships and purchasing/ordering with the government sector
    The Company has established the policy which prohibits giving, asking, or accepting bribes in conducting business of any kind to government officials or government agencies. All dealings with the government sector must be transparent, honest, and in accordance with regulations regarding purchasing / hiring, other company regulations and related laws.
2.6 Other policies or regulations related to anti-corruption (if any)
    The Chief Executive Officer assigned the Anti-Corruption working Group prepare a draft policy and clear guidelines in the anti-corruption manual along with offering the Chairman of the Board considers and approves regulations and orders including strict internal control measures. This is a working guideline for the committee Executives and employees of the company at all levels in the future.
