The company is committed to resist all forms of corruption. Therefore, the anti-corruption policy has been created and written announcement to instill awareness in directors, executives and employees at all levels who must be aware of the dangers of corruption, also create the right values and increase confidence among all stakeholders including guidelines for conducting business.
This anti-corruption policy covers the human resource management processes from recruitment, promotion, training, and employee performance evaluation, payout and working performance which the company will protect without demoting, punishment, or give negative consequences to employees who deny corruption, including reporting clues and giving facts and reporting corruption even though that action will be caused to lose business opportunities. It requires supervisors at all levels to communicate with the employees under their responsibility to perform work efficiently. They must not demand action or accept corruption in directly or indirectly for the benefit of the organization, themselves, family, friends and acquaintances or for business benefits. It covers businesses in every country and all departments related to the company.
Any action according to the anti-corruption policy, use the guidelines as specified in the anti-corruption manual, including business ethics as well as any other guidelines that the company will establish in the future.
The company must regularly review compliance with this anti-corruption policy, guidelines and operational requirements to comply with business changes, rules, regulations, and legal requirements. In case, violation of any act which is an act of support and assistance or cooperate with corruption, Penalties will be considered according to the company's regulations.
